Asked what Washington would be pleased with in the talks, Hill said they would be satisfied with forming association, the dates being set, that he knows it will not happen on May 2nd, but that he believes there will be consensus on what needs to be done.
“Once the issue of association is over, we will see progress in other aspects of normalisation”, Hill said, for Pink TV, adding that everyone must be calm.
Asked about the fact that Serbia sees visa liberalisation for Kosovo as a reward, Hill said visa liberalisation is a separate process, as well as candidacy for membership in the Council of Europe, but understands why Serbs feel that way.
He said Serbia will be a member of the European Union.
