By protecting the latter, the rulers are also reasoning on their work, even praising them.
The wheel to protect Berisha and Krasniqi today has also taken over Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi.
In the case of Ambassador Bislimi, he has said it is artificial construction built by political subjects in Kosovo, while calling it also prominent intellectual.
For Krasniqi, however, he has declared that his only sin is that he has brought profit to KEK, 107m euros.
Bislimi accused the prosecution of failing to deal with the other cases, which according to him are 30 Sosh penalisations at KEK, but is making politics on Nagip Krasniqi's case.
Regarding this defence the authorities are making to Berisha and Krasniqi, the MP has spoken to Front Online PDK, Xhavit Haliti.
Haliti says the government has the right to defend itself, but that no serious state is allowed the implications of politics to affect the decisions of justice.
I think the Government has the right to defend itself against the charges and has the right to do something against the prosecution, so this is the policy that protects everyone, but in no case in the practices of serious democratic states is allowed the implications of politics to affect the decisions of justice, so when justice gets something in the service it is a matter of its own and should not pressure justice decisions”.
He says that just as the deputy prime minister has the right to reject the findings regarding the Berishaj ambassador's case, the same opposition has the right to oppose the issue.
“in this case I don't know how much information there is, the prime minister, but there is a media campaign in Slovenia and in Kosovo against Ambassador Berishaaj, and I have no information on whether anyone has opened a procedure against him or has not opened, has done criminal work or são, but just as the prime minister has the right to contest the noise or find out about this issue gives the same right to the opposition to oppose this issue. The problem is that justice started or didn't start, we have to believe justice and justice should also consider this issue, and it should be declared for this matter”, Deputy Haliti has said further.
While Mr. Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi's biggest mistake is calling the intervention in the case that belongs to KEK chief chief Nagip Krasniqi.
He says the decisive word should say justice, not the government.
“While, the question of Nagip Krasniqi's biggest mistake is that the prime minister is being involved in justice issues. Someone may have brought KEK profit, but it must be seen whether it is corruption, whether it has personal profit or as an individual in it, or whether it has a group benefit subject from which it comes and it can be declared for its person who is not involved and if there is additional information then it can be declared in the name of his party that is not involved, but always justice has the word and not government”, he has declared.
According to him, neither Government nor anyone else should intervene in matters of justice, but it adds that justice should be just.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has indicated that Nagip Krasniqi has been arrested for conducting three works; “Use of official position or authority” , “The exercise of influence” and “Conflict of Interest”, while Kosovo Ambassador to Koracy Martin Berisha, at large, is being investigated by the Special Prosecutor for Doubt in Criminal Work “
