So Stano said in a proposal, as Minister of Local Power Management in the Government of Kosovo Elbert Krasniqi dismissed members of the Management Team, called for drafting the draft state.
“As far as Kosovo's reported decision on the dissolution of the management team, the dialogue agreements clearly say the management team should be in operation until the Association/United Status for the majority Serbian Comunities” is adopted, he told Kalxo.com.
The Government of Kosovo's decision to break up the four-member Serbian community management team: Danijela Vujicic, Jelena Bulovic, Igor Kalammar and Dejan Radojkovic, according to Stanos, “violates the letter and the spirit of dialogue agreements”.
“Therefore, the decision to distribute the management team violates the letter and spirit of dialogue agreements. Any decision concerning the management team must be adopted under the EU facilitated dialogue”, Stano said.
The EU spokesman, among other things, reported that European mediators Josep Borrell and Miroslav Lajcak will invite Kosovo and Serbia's chief negotiators, Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkovic, to start negotiating the statute and that the Management Team will be invited to participate in the process if necessary.
The EU facilitator “will invite chief negotiators and their experts to Brussels to start negotiations on the statute. We expect both sides to engage in the process constructively and confidently, and to conclude negotiations at a speed of”, Stano said.
