The European Parliament in the latest report for Kosovo has called on Kosovo and Serbia leaders to engage in dialogue to reach a comprehensive agreement.

The report calls for EU and US actors to support Kosovo in the work towards implementing the Association/Cunity of Serb-based municipalities, “which should be in line with the Kosovo Constitution”.
“Call for full support for the EU Special Representative for Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, urging Kosovo and Serbia to engage in this confidential dialogue and the spirit of compromise to reach a comprehensive, legally binding agreement on normalisation of their relations, based on mutual recognition, in accordance with international law and without further delay, calls for full implementation, trust and time, all relevant agreements by both sides, including the founding of the Acco with the Serb Majors, a final solution and the shared stability of the region, the country is said to be a report.
This report highlights urgent needs for the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to intensify.
The report also calls on the European Union to provide more effective mediation between the parties with the aim of overcoming the current stalemate.
The report encourages Kosovo to step up its efforts for reconciliation and seek solutions to past disputes, including the adoption of an inclusive national strategy for dealing with the past, emphasising the key role civil society organisations in Kosovo have played in this area and their contribution to the preparation and strategy of transitional justice.
It also calls for increased efforts and providing solutions to missing persons' issues and for these topics to be addressed as part of dialogue.
“Notes the fact that the first draft of the law regulating the work of the new Crime Institute committed during the war in Kosovo includes crimes committed during the period of December 31st 2000 and that it concerns war; calls on parliament to adopt the law with this proposed deadline and to make mandatory documentation of these crimes; encourages the government to overcome differences between the laws related to the war and ensure the implementation of this deadline in all cases; is deeply concerned about the current shortcomings in Kosovo's prosecution, prosecution and war crimes trial; it increases the special entity in the special framework of the prosecutor and increases the number of war crimes taking place.
The European Parliament through this report confirms that there is interference for dezination from Russia and China. According to the EP, there are increased interventions from these countries for mismanagement.

The report called on Kosovo and the EU to boost co-operation to combat dezinformation campaigns and hybrid threats in the country.

And so, The EP has asked Kosovo to investigate the alleged presence of Russian mercenaries of the Wagner Group in northern Kosovo.
The EP has expressed serious concerns in this direction about Wagner Group's Russian Graft, which has emerged in public spaces in northern Mitrovica and Zvecan regions.
Russian efforts to exert influence over the Western Balkans through the exploitation of cultural, ethnic and religious divisions and the destabilisation of pro-democratic forces are required; voice his concern over hybrid threats, including the presence of the Russian Wagner Group in Serbia; urges Kosovo authorities to investigate the alleged presence of Russian mercenaries of the Wagner Group in northern Kosovo”.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Report has been approved with the majority of votes, where 452 MPs voted, 87 opposed and 76 abstained.
So has the Rapporteur for Kosovo announced to the European Parliament, Violet von Cromon, through a post in her Twitter account.
