Klisman Cadiu, media adviser to Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, has not indicated whether Albin Kurti's deputy will go to Brussels with a draft state for the Association of Serb majority municipalities. He told Gazeta Express that “execution is on the political level”.
The prime minister, as you have seen, has presented his vision. The discussion is on the political level and should be seen on the road. There is no other detail to divide immediately”, he said.
The European Union and the United States consider that at the last meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Alexnadar Vuciq on May 2nd, some progress was made on the issue of establishing the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
A draft of the statute of this community of municipalities -- which Kosovo considers unacceptable -- was introduced at that meeting. The EU says that draft is the starting point for detection on this issue, which has strongly opposed the ruling party's escorts.
The bill, introduced by the Management Team, led by a Serbian Parliament MP from Aleksandar Vuciqi's party, for Prime Minister Albin Kurti “is the result of Republika Srpska's desire in Kosovo”. The government, Local Power Management Minister Elbert Krasniqi, respectively, dismissed this team by returning the prime minister to Pristina.
Kurt has presented an idea of his own, inspired in the Croatian model. At the last meeting with Vucinqi, he has proposed a <x0nd-vision” for the work of regulating the Serb community in Kosovo.
British Ambassador to Kosovo Nicholas Abbott said Tuesday that the time has come for Kosovo to formally propose a draft state for the Association of Serb majority municipalities, showing that these days in Pristina the British envoy for the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach and that Kosovo's <x0-seconds want to see progress in normalising relations with Serbia”.
So now is the time for Kosovo to formally propose a draft statute for an Association, based on the vision set by the prime minister last week, in line with the criteria set by the EU”, Abbott wrote on Facebook.
Earlier, Kurt had requested that he write down a draft state for Association himself, but the São mediators had left before the draft Managing Team status was proposed.
