Today, the opening ceremony of “Defender Europe23” is held

Kosovo citizens today will be able to look closely at part of the country's military units, equipment and vehicles. For the first time in Kosovo, the promotional day of the largest international military exercise “Defeder Europe 23” is being organised. Everything is ready for the start of the exercise led by the American Army and the goal is to increase and interoperability between partners as well as the operational readiness of NATO and partners to react in the event the threat to the continent of Europe.

At the opening ceremony of the largest international military exercise in the Balkan region, “Defender Europe ⇩2318x1> will attend President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Defence Minister Armend Mehaj, KSF Commander Lieutenant Union Jashari.

This ceremony will also feature the musical band of the United States Army.

Under final preparations before the launch of the international exercise “Defender Europe 23” on April 19th at the barracks facilities “Adem Jashari” in Pristina prior to the commander of the Kosovo Security Force Lieutenant Union Jashari, Defence Minister Armed Mehaj has proved the concept of military (ROC DRILL) for field exercise “Defender Europe 23x6>.
