It, through a tweet on Twitter, has said Serbia pays Serb criminal groups in the north, as well as has suggested that all read a New York Times article published days ago on the issue.
“Inquire anyone who follows the events in Kosovo to read this NYT article about Vucicin, and his connections to organised crime groups and the use of gangs to realise and secure his interests”.
“North of Kosovo, Serbian gangs are being paid and armed with weapons from Belgrade”, Kearns wrote.
