How much are apartments on the region's coast? From Albania to Montenegro, Croatia, Greece

If one can afford 100 square metres of seaside property, for example, in Herceg Novi, it could do so for 280 thousand euros and taste the sea's view opened by the huge roof.
The Croatian coast has higher prices compared to other proposed destinations. For example, an apartment of about 42 square metres in Rijeka is offered with 116 thousand euros and a slightly larger 50 square metre apartment for about 155 thousand euros.
In Rovinj, a 42 square metres apartment costs 145 thousand euros. Of course, the area offers a large number of luxury houses and apartments, whose prices amount to several hundred thousand euros and often exceed millions.
In the post-divironment period of the Coronavirus, Saranda was visited massively by numerous Serbian tourists. Some data shows that Nordic investors invest a lot here and that geographic location itself stands out as one of the advantages, because they are very well connected to neighboring countries from both land and sea.
A 67 square metres apartment -- 150m from sea to Saranda -- costs 55 thousand euros, according to Serbian media reports. A larger apartment of 81 square metres costs 115 thousand euros. But there are also property of 27 thousand euros, both in the area of Shkemby and Kavaja in Durres, just 5 minutes away from the beach and the mall.
Balkan tourists love Greek seas and their unique Mediterranean soul, so there is great interest in real estate in this area. In some categories, Greece is cheaper than neighbouring Montenegro. For example, a 60 - square - foot [60 sq m] apartment can be purchased in Thessaloniki for about 60 thousand euros. Halkidiki is an extremely popular holiday destination. The 60m2-by-three-room apartment is sold for 110 thousand euros.
