The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports that following the development of investigations, collection and analysis of evidence, on May 3rd, 2023, it has filed charges against defendants A.M.
It turns out that A. M is Agron Mustafa, for the time he was Kosovo's chief executive telecom chief.
The prosecution claims that A.M. allegedly due to the criminal act “access to harmful contract”.
According to the indictment, the defendant, in the quality of Kosovo's Executive Chief of Telecom on March 16, 2015, and has consistently acted at the expense of PTK.
The prosecution claims that the same -- through the bond of annexes, agreements by changing the terms of the disparity contract of the company it represented -- rather than defending its interests -- has deliberately caused damage to Kosovo Telekom.
