Kosovo will present its first draft Association at its next meeting with Serbia at the level of leaders.
However, unclear is the status of the Managing Team, which is responsible for drafting it.
Less than a week after Dukagjini's insistence, the government has not indicated whether it has considered team status, as Prime Minister Albin Kurti had warned.
And a stance by the executive leader journalists failed to take it either Friday, as Kurti avoided them after a visit to KEK.
Consequently, it is not known whether the team formed in 2020 is acceptable to Kurt.
While the composition of this team is unacceptable for Serbia, says former Deputy Minister of Local Power in Kosovo Milazim Gashi. According to him, Belgrade wants other members.

Now my main dilemma and the main question is whether this team is working or this team will present that draft of the statute has spoken a lot in the past”, Raci said.
Chief negotiator Besnik Bislimi has spoken of the dilemma after Tuesday's meeting with Serbian counterpart Petar Petkov.
Kosovo's deputy prime minister has said there is uncertainty about who the draft should be submitted in advance and how it should be presented.
