The AAK parliamentary group's chief, Besnik Tahiri, has raised the concern of thousands of public officials over pay compensation, saying that there are two months that the Law of Salaries has entered into force, meanwhile, it is not precisely known what pay is for each position. According to him, this has only brought uncertainty, inequality, but has created great uncertainty among them.
On the other hand, Tahiri said that at this time of crisis, beyond day-to-day woes, this uncertainty is underestimating work, and that's where professionals who are choosing to leave the public system are mostly affected.
“in any public institution, a grim atmosphere has been created, the main discussion is how much pay is, discontent and despair. The decisionmakers rather than extend their communication, have decided from month to month to issue an excuse. In this crisis, beyond day-to-day troubles, this uncertainty is underestimated work, and that's where professionals who are choosing to leave the public system are mostly affected. To achieve such a level of preparation takes 3-5 years, there are cases of health of up to 6-10 years. Which means we're risking the vital functions of sectors. With urgency, salaries must be processed under the law, communication and dialogue are established to ensure system sustainability, and to see the pressure coming from the outgoing trend of professionals”, Tahiri wrote on Facebook.
