As he announced, the decision was taken by majority in the Communist Assembly.
Shortly after this became known, the Serbian List has issued threats that if there are incidents
In a issued response, from this party have called the decision that was received by majority votes such as “illegalisation” and contrary to agreements reached in Brussels.
The Serbian <x0List strongly condemns the illegal majority's illegal decision and parliamentary irregularities in northern Mitrovica for opening the city's main motor circulation bridge, which violates Brussels' agreements and directly threatens peace in this area. We want to warn that the possible opening of the bridge will undoubtedly result in incidents in this area, which seems to be Pristina's target”, says in response.
According to claims by the Serbian List, this decision “is the continuation of the North invasion by Albin Kurti”.
We demand that KFOR, EULEX and representatives of the international community urgently prevent the implementation of this decision, give room for resolving open issues in dialogue and thus preserve peace in these areas. Prevention of such movements on the part of Pristina and Kurti advisers would be in line with the international community's demands to prevent all actions that violate the dialogue process”, their response concludes.
