The Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers has voted with over 2/3 of the member states' votes, pro-prosecuting Kosovo's application to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
And for this, Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jörn Rohde, has said that after visa liberalisation this act of the Committee of Ministers offers Kosovo even closer to the European family.
