The trial against the two indictees was announced Thursday by the chairman of the justice body, Shaqa Curri, reports “Justice bet”.
According to the trial, accused Arton Duraku, for the penlae “Public Trafficking Reservation” was sentenced to 10 years in prison, while for “a failure to aid” to 3 years in prison. To him, the court pronounced a unique sentence of 10 years in prison.
However, accused Nezir Duraku of criminal activity “of assisting the injured person in the traffic disaster” was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
The damaged side was instructed in civil disputes.
In prison sentences, the time spent in detention will also be calculated by November 22, 2022.
