Kosovo Government for RTK: Decision to open Ibër Bridge Right and Right · Global Voices

In a written response to RTK, the Government stresses that the first paragraph of Article 35 of the Constitution guarantees the free movement of citizens in the Republic of Kosovo in every settlement.

Any obstacle to freedom of movement violates this fundamental right. Hence, the decision to remove such obstacles is the right and proper action”.

Otherwise, EU Special Emissary Miroslav Lajcak, speaking of this decision, has stressed that it is not time to open the Ibër Bridge. / RTK/
