Internationals take it to work, appreciate how the tear gas Kurt accepted Association

EU emissary Miroslav Lajcak, after reaching this agreement, has said this implies the formation of association, however.

“I want to be clear, Article 7 does not include new pledges for Kosovo. Article 7 speaks of the need to implement what Kosovo and Serbia have already agreed to.
