Gashi: At least 30m euros of damage caused by mismanagement at KEK in 2021

Commenting on the latest situation in KEK, with corporate executive chief Nagip Krasniqi, currently arrested, journalist Astrit Gashi has said the damage caused by mismanagement is at least 30m euros.

We're up for 30m euros on budgets and citizens in 2021. During 2021, KEK thermals under Nagip management produced 214,000 kw/h of electricity less than a year ago. As a result of this lack we compensated for import, which that winter had the average price of 150 euros per kw/h”, Gashi wrote.

He has added that the loss as a cause of mismanagement is at least 30 million, while he has also attached a KEK report for 2021.

And as a consequence of this mismanagement, we have lost at least about 30 million”, Gashi wrote.
