According to the official announcement, it was found from this meeting that since February 9th, the Federation has met all conditions and criteria required by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Commission (MKRS).
The latter reportedly even the majority of clubs, over 50%, have met the required criteria and sent all their documents on 28 February, while other clubs are continuing to submit them.
The EC is reportedly now waiting for the MKRS Commission to make the license of NFF and clubs as soon as possible. According to them, there is no reason for this to happen.

“K E FFK today held its next meeting under the direction of Deputy Chairman Bakir the man. At this meeting the EC discussed the FFK license issue and found that the Federation since 09.02.2023 has met all the conditions and criteria required by the MKRS Commission, as well as FIFA has officially informed the MKRS Commission at their latest request, that the statute. The NFF is in full accordance with FIFA's statute and there is no open FFK issue near FIFA.
And so, The EC was informed that even FFK/Klub members, the majority of them, over 50%, have met the required criteria for licensing and have sent all their documents by 28.02.203, as well as other clubs continue to submit documents consistently.
Therefore, the EC expects the MKRS Commission to do the license of FFC and clubs as soon as possible because this procrastination is reflecting on their daily work and is unable to realise revenues from the Sponsorisation Law. The EC concluded that the MKRS Commission has no fundamental reason not to license the NFF, so it expects urgent reflection from the licensing Commission so that clubs will not be harmed by this process.
Also highlighted at this meeting was once again the FFK's willingness to help all clubs complete the documentation required by the MKRS Commission and/or address these issues nearby U n EFA and judicial organs if necessary”.
