MP Ardian Goula from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, who is also chairman of the Kosovo Assembly Education Commission, has been on the sting of criticism from organisation O RCA, for his job in the Commission.
In an interview aired last night for the “show Prizma” in T7, MP Gola has voiced his disagreement with policies undertaken for higher education by the Ministry of Education
What, maybe in Kosovo has happened, and it can't be much, but for that it takes time to pass, is that we are actually the parliamentary republic, but in practice I see that the executive has an extremely large role. The system is a little warped. But beyond that, I as a sociologist solved this case with a formula. Votes are also defining at the academy and left in politics. There are many issues that I disagree with, especially, specifically for higher education. I disagree! I've also made it clear to Minister Nagavci; he has done many good things, I think, very positive in pre-school education, but in higher education I do not share her approach. I've also let the parliamentary group know about the way you delegate certain competencies to the Agency of Discension, the way it's required to verify the academic university calls of professors, then the request that came from the Ministry of Justice that the professors declassified. So at these approaches I absolutely split the vote into the parliamentary group”, Gola stressed.
