These names have been made public in a less edited version of the amended indictment in the case against former KLA leaders who have been handed over by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
Klink called this scandal. “The next scandal and the next humiliation by the Special Court, the Prosecution Office, respectively: It publishes the names of the victims who allegedly committed the KLA leaders, and this is done before the trial process starts”, Klinaku wrote on Facebook.
According to him, witnesses are at risk. With this, for the second time, but even more at risk to witnesses, because the first time they faced a file leak scandal in The Hague, they were held hostage for two and a half years by OVL leaders Hysni Gucati and Nazim Haradinaj. They are not to blame, but since we have no state, this divisive office of the Albanian people should continue with ongoing scandals”, Klink wrote.
On February 27th 2023, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) has handed over a less edited public version of the amended indictment in the case against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, where the names of some of the victims allegedly killed and some of the others allegedly disappeared by force.
