Presevo Mayor Albania Arifi considers the European plan for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, a back knife for Albanians in the Valley.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Arifi said Albanians of the Valley were not mentioned in this plan.
According to Arifi, it is a back knife even for Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's voters, who earlier declared he would not accept association.
“The Franco-German Plan, in support of Kurti as well, because they have, in principle, accepted Kurti, is a knife behind the Albanians of the Presevo Valley, but there is also a knife behind the back for every voter in Albin Kurti. A self-government of the Serb minority has been mentioned in the Franco-German plan. In context, it is a knife behind each of Vetevendosje voters and sympathies. And for us, in the Franco-German plan we haven't been mentioned at all, no reciprocity was mentioned, which Kurti mostly talked about. We're being betrayed”, Arifi stressed.
