Construction of the overpass in Veternik, citizens are calling it emergency.
One of them says that in other parts of the city, there is a need for overpasses and subpasses.
Communications expert Bekim Ahmeti also speaks of the risk of being caused by citizens by lack of overpasses.
Ahmeti says this issue should be the priority of institutions.
Studies should be done for other parts of the capital in which there is a need.
In 2020, a memorandum of co-operation was signed between the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Pristina municipality just for construction of the overpass in Veternik.
But there is no such one now.
