Hysni Gucati in Kosovo to visit his mother

His visit is said to be due to his mother's health condition.

Unlike in February of this year, The Hague's Court of Appeals has decided to lower the sentence of former KLA fighters Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj by 3 months. They'll be in prison for four years and three months and not four years and six months like they were convicted before.
