Haziri: Isa Mustafa was guaranteed with documents that the Association would not have executive competence

LDK Deputy Chairman Lutfi Haziri has said that the adoption of the first agreement on the Association of Serb Major Communities has first come amid a correspondence between former Prime Minister Hashim Thaci and former European Union Chief diplomat Federica Moghrini. We have reacted unilaterally until 2013. We have unilaterally signed Rambouille, [...]
We have reacted unilaterally until 2013. We have unilaterally signed Rambouille, unilaterally declared independence, said independence co-ordinated with international partners and unilaterally ratified literature between Mogher and the Government of Kosovo. It has been a correspondence between Mrs. Moghrin and former Prime Minister Thaci for reaching an agreement that was later translated into the law because it has been ratified and signed by President Jahjaga”, Haziri has declared.
He has added that former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa was guaranteed with documents that the Association would not have executive elements, which according to Haziri, Kurti does not have such a guarantee.
In 2015, former Prime Minister Mustafa has been working annexe-document, the 2013 implementation agreement, and it has elements of the Constitutional and document guarantees that association cannot have executive rights, by Mrs. Moghrini. That document is part of the negotiations. Mr. Mustafa has witnessed and published it. This deal now doesn't have these security”, he said in Resublica on Tv 1.
Haziri has said the opposition has consensus with international partners.
“We have called attention and talked first with the structures, the LDK chairman has activated the internal mechanisms of debate and assessed in detail all the documents of our process and expectations, of course with all partners including the QNINT, visiting America and Brussels, visiting the region that we have behind us in Albania and Northern Macedonia, and we have come to the conclusion that this part of the process sets us apart that we support the dialogue, the prime minister is the only body that governs the government's adoption of documents and politics, that the Parliament is the only one that approves organ. Our difference is with the content of the deal. We have a warning, we have said please be careful, but we are ready to help. Joining partners with the opposition exists. We don't have any trouble with this”, Haziri said.
Haziri does not believe talks in Ohrid under dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia will be more successful than those in Brussels and Washington.
Haziri even expects that from talks in Ohrid, Kosovo will also score a step back.
I don't believe Ohrid would be more successful than Washington's Brookses, I don't expect and I don't believe this step of prime minister in Brussels... I'm just waiting for it to be a step back”, he said.
The next meeting under the Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, will take place on March 18th in Ohrid, North Macedonia, where the European plan for normalising relations between the two countries is expected to be discussed.
