One such case was discovered last night on the Pajazi Islamic Way in Fushe Kosovo, as a police unit patrolling in that area has stopped for 24-year control.
The signal learns that during body control, the young man has been found and seized an amount of the suspected narcotics substance of marijuana.
The suspect was arrested and accompanied to the police station where he was interviewed in connection with the case.
With the prosecutor's decision, the 24-year-old has initiated unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic or analogic substances.
According to the Kosovo Penal Code, it is illegal for citizens to buy, possess or distribute narcotics and be punished with fines or imprisonments, depending on the amount and type of narcotics seized by the authorities in the order.
