French ambassador gives two possible dates for abolishing visas

French Ambassador to Kosovo Olivier Guérot has declared that last January of next year could find Kosovars with visa liberalisation. Guérot also spoke of the February 27th agreement, which he said has the potential to change citizens' lives, reports EO.
I think the agreement that was approved on February 27th and the application of the annex will be discussed. There is a potential to change for the better every day the lives of citizens, all from Kosovo, here in Vushtrri and especially certainly in the 4 northern municipalities. I'm aware that we're coming to a solution that everyone worked hard on”.
Guérot's comments during a visit to the Vushtrri municipality, where he and Chairman Ferit Idrizi visited the village of Prelluza, inhabited by Serb majority.
