Kurtaj has been declared innocent at the trial hearing that is being held in the case of wounding two young people in Shrpca.
The wound of two young Serbs who were carrying Christmas trees in Shrpca occurred in January.
Kurtaj's defense had insisted that the detention assignment to be brought under pressure and that the case was given interethnic character without any need.
