Putin's only “option now is to insist and remain in power at any cost, because otherwise he will end up as Milosevic”, Dutch journalist Doornbos wrote.
Doornbos has come up with this decision by the International Criminal Court, however, that it has expressed its scepticism that the time for this decision may not have been strategically selected, because according to him there is already no going back for Vladimir Putin.
