Deputy minister's dot company recommended for a 2.6m-euro contract

The Ministry of Infrastructure has made the assessment of bids for the <x0 tenderTarget building on R-6 Highway, Arber Xhaferi in the Year”. This contract is recommended “Bujar Shabani B. I”, in a value of 2, 683, 200. 85 euros.
Seven companies were in the race for this tender.
Others, the main criterion has been the lowest price, and the company “Buyar Shaban” has met this criterion.
The contract's term will be 175 days (from contracting). But it remains to be seen whether the contract will be signed with the company recommended by the ministry, since today the delivery announcement has been made and companies will be eligible for five calendar days.
Infrastructural Deputy Minister Hysen Durmish said he had been friends with the business owner, the company that had won contracts earlier by the Ministry of Infrastructure.
I've known Bujar Shaban since 2001, and I've been friends and there's been a time when I haven't worked, I haven't had any commitments, because I've been out of the Pristina municipality, where I've been able to help more in understanding organization like this as a friend but I've never worked in his company.
