Borrell at a joint conference with Northern Macedonia President Stevan Pendarovski has said Kosovo and Serbia have already given their comments about the annex of the European proposal, while adding that three weeks ago, Kurti and Vuciq agreed on the agreement.
“In this context we talked about the Belgrade summit Pristina tomorrow in Ohrid. I want to thank Northern Macedonia for supporting normalisation of the reports between Belgrade and Pristina. I hope that Ohrid's good looks will create a good atmosphere to reach a” agreement.

Three weeks ago in Brussels, Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq agreed on the EU proposal, a table proposal with strong support from France, Italy, Germany and the United States of America. The EU High Representative indicated there has been a high number of agreements that have not been implemented before by Kosovo and Serbia.

We have to agree when and how to implement it. Since the last meeting in Brussels, EU special envoy Miroslav Lajcak has been traveling to Pristina and Belgrade. Two sides have been giving comments on analmation and we'll discuss it tomorrow. I hope that Kosovo and Serbia will be able to reach agreement on the final outcome. Implorement of the annex will be part of the final accord”, he added.
Borrell mentioned this would be a good opportunity for Serbia and Kosovo to move on the EU road.
This will be a unique opportunity for Serbia and Kosovo to move forward. These opportunities should be exploited and not lost. Today, the eyes of the European Union and the people of the Western Balkans are looking to Ohrid, I hope we will be successful”.
According to the agenda published by the EU, the first separate bilateral meetings will begin at 10:30. That is, Kurti and Vucinqi will meet separately with representatives of the EU and US, prior to the trilate joint meeting, Kurti-Vucciq - The EU.
