Azem Kurtaj's lawyer: It will prove that he acted in self - defense

In a post in his Facebook profile, Kreveshi has stated that Azem acted in self-defence and that as there is “the defence that there were no serious murders left in the 48x1>.

He expresses himself and believes and commits himself to a fair and undependent process that will prove his client's innocence.

Azem Kurtaj, sleep tonight near his family! The detention measure has been replaced with the measure of house arrest.

Azem was declared innocent after reading the indictment.

The defense without prejudice of the tribunal's final decision believes and engages professionally that this process will prove the defense theory, that is that Azemi acted in self-defense and, as the defense has believed, that there was no serious attempted murder, defense continues to believe and engage in a fair and undependent process that will prove Azem's innocence!

Thank the media, opinion, colleagues that professionally and cautiously reported on the case in question.

Those who prejudge Azem, stigmatize it, and/or give the ethnic containers the case in question, give the epithets that the court has not given to him with the decision of form as I said today before the media, will face justice!

The Republic of Kosovo is not a place that relies on some fragile crystals that anyone who wants, every time, this country has rules, is sovereign, has identities and institutions!

The defence of Azem, however, does not agree with the prosecution's findings in both the indictment and the court's decision to replace them, respect them, and face them only with institutions and legal ways by believing in justice and rule of law!
