Former Albanian Deputy Prime Minister Under Investigation for Three Criminal Works

Ahmetaj's name is marked in the person's register to which investigations are conducted for three works of pen as “Using task”, “Passive corruption” and “Cleaning of criminal act products”.
Ahmetaj is being investigated by the Special Prosecutor over his involvement in the matter of garbage plants, known as intensaries.
A few days ago, he rejected checks exercised in his co-existence residence, as well as in his former wife's apartment.
The complaint quoted the raids as contrary to the Constitution and violate the sovereignty of the Republic of Albania.
The search was exercised at a villa in the Hamallaj area, where 30,000 euros and a series of related documents were seized.
