The defendant E.L., informs the injured that there are people who can hire the son's bride, seeking from the cash damaged for his bride's employment, where the defendant during May 2021, meets at the bar of injuries to which on behalf of his bride's employment receives the amount of 4,000, and the defendant after receiving this money, continues to ask for money from the defendant for his personal needs, where he damaged from June 2021 to November 20,21, in different periods of time, the defendant in some time period of the amount of money he earns, and after having damaged his son's money, which he didn't pay off his own money, and he didn't get any personal money from his money, and he didn't pay off to his wife, he didn't take it, but he didn't pay off his own money.

Always in accordance with the indictment, the defendant E.L. has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “Deception”.
