The National Security Council has recently adopted a conclusion with which it instructs the Ministry of Justice to form an inter-initiative working group for implementation of the Law's Law provisions for the Court and Law for the State Prosecutor.
A Montenegrin police action was conducted yesterday, where several police officers were arrested.
We remember that Montenegro's President, Milo Djukanovic, has signed the decree for the distribution of Montenegro's Parliament on the basis of authorisation given to the Constitution.
Djukanovic was proposed that unless a new executive power is formed, he will disperse the Assembly to organise new elections.
