The Special Prosecutor reports that defendants D. G, D.T, N. N, LJ. M, K. Gj and B.J., during July 2022, in the village of Kovac, the municipality of Zubin Potok, in co-operation with the cultivation of narcotic plants, in an improvised laboratory inside the home of one of the defendants, where, after an intensive investigative work of the Kosovo police in co-operation with the State Prosecutor, has been achieved to reveal the perpetrators of the overarched criminal work, the arrest of defendants, the seizure of narcotics, the means for its cultivation, as well as equipment.
With these actions, defendant D. G, D.T, N. N, LJ. M, K. Gj and B.J., operating in the group have carried out the criminal work “Constructuring weed plant, cocaine bush or cannabis plant”, from Article 272 paragraph 1 of KPRK related to Article 275 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of KPRC”, says the Prosecution's announcement. /Periscopi
