14 arrested by action in case “Brezovica”

The same are conducting a broad operation, within the continuation of the action already known to the public as “Brezovica”.

Paprac learns from sources that 14 people have been detained in today's prosecution action concerning the case “Brezovica”.

Police officials have started numerous raids since the early hours of the morning.

In a news release made this morning, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizya has announced that the action was being carried out in several autosalons, homes and hosting houses, under suspicion of the work known as “Fade”.

“Today, a action is being carried out which has come into the framework of investigations regarding the “Brezovica”, where, with couters during this action, several autosalonants, houses and local guards at various locations, specifically in the town of Pristina, Ferizaj, Vushtrriza and Lipjan, due to suspicion of criminal acts <3> Fide” by Article 331 par.3 connected to par. 1 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code, “The tax evasion” from Article 307 par.1 regarding pars 3 of KPRK and “taskary” from Article 328 par.2 of KPRK”.

It should be commemorated that the “Brezovica” case is well known to the general public. Under that, Kosovo police have been conducting successive shares in several areas of the country for months.

Of course, the most affected areas were those around Brezovica, where numerous villas have only been blocked.

Investigations into the “Brezovica” are ongoing, under suspicion of multiple abuses which have been made to benefit different persons.
