“VV is violating other media”, Bajrami reacts after the Ministry of Culture split RTK 750 thousand euros for promotion of itself

The Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports will finance the establishment of a television channel to convey the ministry's events. This ministry has pledged 750 thousand euros of the Ministry of Culture, which for three years will give Kosovo Radio Television to conduct MKRS activities. However, [the] MP has reacted to this.
However, this has been reacted to by LDK deputy Hykmete Bajrami, who through a letter to her Facebook account has written that Vetevendosje is breaking up other media and that much according to her is sharing public television without any procedure.
“RTK, which with the 2023 Budget Law, secures eight million and nine hundred and sixty thousand euros (8,96 000 m), has managed to provide another 750 thousand euros, but from citizens' taxes through the memorandum between Hajrullah Ceku and Rylind Gervala”, APU wrote Bajrami, which has listed several problems.
She writes that the new director RTK's Rilind Gervalla and Minister Ceku belong to the same party, and says with this memorandum there are some problems.
“RTK has four channels, all financed by the state budget, why should additional costs be required for a ministry/manager or even sector like culture? Is this the beginning and in the coming days other ministries of Kurti II Government will each request a private channel under RTK and fund them on our taxes?!
Bajrami adds that when budgetary organisations charge something, this should be done with open procurement procedures, where all the media could compete in law-based competition, while remembering the time when it was minister and at the time of pandemic, says the lessons were transbounded free of charge.
You remember that when I was minister of education, at the time of the pandemic all the lessons in RTK were broadcast, without a cent. There was no offer on our side, nor did he ask for payment from RTK. More RTK has helped us with staff and cameras also to shoot lessons unit”, Bajrami said.
Opposition MP has called on the ruling Parliamental Commission to call in the report Minister Ceku and Director Gervalla and this memorandum to be abolished.
Meanwhile, regarding this memorandum. Minister Ceku's reasoning has been that the media is not covering the activities and successes of the institution he leads.
