You hate breakfast? Well, you're not alone. A recent study revealed that the most stressful time of the day is morning.
Nearly 2,000 Britons were surveyed to determine how and when adults experienced the greatest stress.
Rescue Remedy's study revealed that 7:23 a.m. is the most stressful time of the day, even though the first stressful is usually not until 8:18 a.m.
According to the study, an average person experiences three dramas a day, with women at around 7:50 a.m., and men remain calm until 8:43 a.m.
“Often when we think about the word "drama" we think big things, but research shows how much impact small problems can have on our daily mood, said Zuzana Bustikova, a spokeswoman for Restie.

- Traffic jams
- Depth of Something in clothing (e.g. food, drink, cosmetics, dental pasta, etc. )
- The collapse and break of something by accident
- Awakening Late
- Pouring something on the carpet
Research confirmed that fatigue (46%), interrupted night sleep (36%), and a busy day (33%) were among the main causes of such dramas.
