SKANDAL: Gjilan municipality desecrates Kosovo flag

Renowned journalist and publicist Halil Matoshi has published scandalous photos from Gjilan, kus is desecrated the flag of the Republic of Kosovo.

He says this is the act of purpose against the symbolic order of the state.
