“All sanctions are only measures, but their goal is to get our people to suffer -- this is their humanitarian approach”, he said.
“They are trying to destabilise our society” from within, Putin claimed.
They have not been successful, and the government has spent 3 billion rubles as measures to stabilise the economy, Putin said, as he added that Russian GDP has dropped by 2.2%. /Periscopi/
