The purpose of this bill is to strengthen an active role in the market that exercises its rights and power of choosing well-informed in purchasing accepted goods and services. Real policies designed and applied for consumer protection enable them to make informed choices by positively influencing the creation of sound competition and sustainable growth. Fulfilling and changing the consumer protection law is thus aimed at empowering the consumer and playing an active role, which requires strengthening consumer confidence in the purchase of goods and services”, she has said.
While Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy Ferat Shala has said they will not vote on any initiative coming from Minister Hajdari, who, according to him, has brought material and legal harm to the trade sector, industry and entrepreneurship.
“What is essential that our parliamentary group cannot support the law is that we have already filed and some time a draft resolution that we have requested and seek the dismissal of Minister Hajdari on the fact and arguments that the violations he committed under the ministry, non-level management actions now and two years this minister is guided by the task of the secretaries and dictatorships, so we cannot temporarily support any legal initiative that comes from the irresponsibly and without competence.
