Prime Minister Albin Kurti has declared that forming Association would only be done by fulfilling the six conditions set by him. By not excluding the formation of association, Kurti said it must be in line with the Constitution.
I'm not aware of any such remarks, for two of the six conditions, maybe I should meet and see what communication he had with EU countries, but I'm re-increasing that those six conditions are the ones that allow association to be in line with the Constitution and the law.
