Former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga has announced she has met with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar.
Jahjaga has said that Escobar has announced in detail the developments in the dialogue process, until she adds that it re-focused Escobar the need for all solutions in dialogue to be in line with the Constitution and laws of Kosovo and with mutual recognition.
“I thanked for the continued support of the United States, whose role is essential in all important processes for our country and region. Once I renewed the necessity, which for the sake of sustainability, all Solucies in dialogue must be in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of Kosovo and with mutual recognition”, Jahjaga wrote.
With them at the meeting was Kosovo's Ambassador to the United States, Ilir Dugolli.
