The formal acceptance of the European plan for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia is also expected at the meeting, Deutsche Welle reported.
The two will meet in Brussels on February 27th. Yes, I invited them to come and hold talks all day, because we have a proposal on the table and I hope they will be able to accept that proposal as a way to normalise their” relations, Borell said.
Borrell has also said Serbia is not being sufficiently harmonised with European Union foreign policies, including not imposing sanctions for the Kremlin on Belgrade's part.
Kosovo and Serbia are found in a phase where they are being asked to reach an agreement normalising reports between the two states.
Over the last year, the crisis between Kosovo and Serbia has deepened even more.
