Attorney Koci: No heating at any Foundation Court hall in Pristina

Renowned Kosovo lawyer Arian Koci has raised a serious concern. Koci has announced that there is no heating in any room of the Constitutional Court.

The lawyer has even asked that you be interrupted by the cold weather.

“In the halls of the Foundation Court in Pristina, there is no heating since the start of the winter season.
In fact, now I realize there's no room in any room.
When the temperature is morning 3, keeping your judgment on these conditions is farce.
Disaster!
What's more surprising, I see, there's no public response from anyone.
Judgments should cease until conditions are created in the courtroom.
