Success by Albin Kurti, Serbia has not even dreamed of it

When I first read Albin Kurt's statement in writing that his successes are not even in his dreams, I was convinced that it's a faeque news.
Later, when I confirmed that he said it, I had no way to figure out where this idea of having been such a successful year for Kosovo comes from.
When not even a full mandate has passed he has managed to bring Kosovo under sanctions from the European Union; he has ruled it out from programmes led by NATO and the US; he has filed reports with Albania; he has brought no membership in international organisations and no recognition of any state, and, further, by his political actions, created international pressure to reach an agreement without mutual recognition and territorial autonomy in the centre.
For less than three years Kurti achieved that Serbia through an intensive and special war supported by the multimillion-euro campaign against Kosovo has not achieved.
So what's this guy talking about?
Only then did I realize exactly what Kurt said and I have to admit he was honest.
He has said his <x0... his successes don't even look at the others in his dream at”, not Kosovo's “successes don't even look at the others in their dreams”.
Having been perfectly clear that his successes are contrary to those of Kosovo, then he is absolutely right.
It has been extremely successful in destroying and demoting any achievements of Kosovo since 1999.
Serbia has not even dreamed of these successes.
P. S
Some historical successes too:
Credits have increased from 1.36 billion to 1.87 billion.
Private banks have seen increases from last year alone for about 30 million.
Citizens for the first time in Kosovo's history spend over 55% of their monthly food budget. In 2017 it was 39%.
Citizen savings accounts at the end of October 2023 have scored the lowest point.
In 2023, an additional 10% of the families surveyed lived below the threshold of 1.85 euros a day (UNDP).
“Inflation has influenced mental and social welfare, causing disruptions in routine activities and increased stress, leading to lower quality of life”. (UNDP)
69.2% of respondents reported that they should adjust their spending habits or budget in response to higher prices last year”. (UNDP)
