Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has distributed to the social network “X” a statement by their spokeswoman, Maria Zahkarova, who has chosen to mix in the question of the proposed Bill for the Association of Serb Major Communities.
It claims that the proposed Draft for Association within the governing system <x0kosovaro-Albanian would deprive it of important executive functions”.
According to her, within the existing international legal framework “there is no alternative to reaching a solution”.
