The only candidate for Kosovo's football electorate has signed contracts with the Russian team, Sochi.
Spanish newspaper “AS” reports Moreno will be introduced to the Russian club soon.
He was contracted by 2025 to Sochi, a team that has preferred him before the Kosovo bid and team from Turkey, Adana Demirspor.
Sochi takes the last place in Russia's championship, while Moreno is the fourth coach of this edition.
Sochi is a club owned by Boris Rothenberg, one of the richest and most powerful in Russia. Moreno will have enough time to prepare the team during the winter break, which in Russia lasts until early March of next year.
