Mehmetaj: BIRN journalists in Serbia pursued by government to be killed, in Kosovo are good friends of government

Journalist Freedom Mehmetaj has reacted after publishing a series of articles that BIRN calls a researcher and dealing with media ownership and finance.

In a full scripture that you can read below, journalist Mehmetaj says that Jira and BIRN helped the media environment, just as much as the carnivorous whales. O RCA with the gyonvcinın, who helped zero education in Kosovo.

Jarra's life with BIRN and BIRN products in Kosovo has helped media environment in the country as much as carnivorous whales O RCA with the ron Gjinovci have helped quality in education to zero.

BIRN today has issued a product, type webi, which is supposed to make more transparent the way the media is funded and who's behind them.

I went in to see it, and as I expected, another fundraiser and nothing more.

It simply had the names of media owners, something you can easily find in the Kosovo Business Record Agency, as long as you write the media name.

However, you had something more paradoxically than that.

Calxon, which is a BIRN product, had no name for ownership.

So it's on the BIRN's own platform that doesn't tell who the people behind Calxo are.

Where property structure should be provided writes “Kosova and BIRN Kosova”. But, it doesn't write who is the person who leads with Internea Kosovo, nor with BIRN Kosova.

For example, as it was for the medium <x0 Nationale <x4x1>, which was said to be the product of “Media Group Publico L.L.C.”, but then it shows that “Media Group Publico is founded by Berat and Faithful Kalaba” and it also shows who shares it.

There's no record of who's behind the companies.

As long as it says that the two companies that are owners are non-profit organizations and they work with donations, if you go to the site you see there are private company ads.

How can you be a non-profit company, and how much can you open the page as much as the face of a private bank in Kosovo?

How can you take money as a donation with the sole goal of being impartial and then receive money from private companies to violate this partiality?

Do you know another organization that says it is financed by funds and then works as private business with advertising?

Paradoxes with BIRN in Kosovo do not end here.

Having as a mission empowering democracy in Kosovo, the organisation constitutes one of the most undemocratic institutions themselves.

Jarra's life, such as his private property, has remained from his founding until now. States also don't allow that long-term of individuals in power, but armoured BIRN with a leader for 20 years.

What's so funny is that when RTK was a policy-controlled associate, Jarra had a political show on that same controlled RTK until she received funds to not be controlled. What's this all about?

BIRN journalists in Serbia are attended by the government to be killed. In Kosovo, BIRN journalists are good friends of the government.

For a while I don't know if it's still like that. The journalists who worked in BIRN told me how Hakki Abazi went there as if he owned the company. Because of the opportunities Abazi was given to receive funds, he had provided himself with actual guidance.

B IRN also established a platform called “Cryptometer”. Medemek identifies false news through the media. Since he started this monitoring, I know it's three times that they dropped themselves.

Normally, they don't show their own.

Nothing politicians have done to this country, which has caused damage to these anti-government organisations “that have raised funds.

Most organizations, so - called civil society, make up the essence of mud and pollution in society.

Most of them are undemocratic, useless, deeply politicised and in the service of certain political parties and blend the country's image more than anyone else.

For the end of a personal story with BIRN in Kosovo, but without much detail since it was a closed date and I have the other side's permission to show it completely in public.

A few years ago, we went to tell Jarres Life some of the recordings we believed were valuable and of public interest, where senior officials were implicated at state institutions.

Since we were little media, we asked for BIRN's help to interact with materials.

Jarra and another person who was with her, who does not know her position, refused us because of her attitude.

Either they lacked the journalistic sense to see how important those recordings were to go public or they did not want to get involved for any other reason.

We worked the incidents and made it news. They resulted in a super scandal and complete dismissal of highly corrupt persons in high positions of the state.
