In the published report, the Constitutional Court explains that since the indictment has been considered, then automatically, ratification of the agreement in the Assembly, expected at tomorrow's 14 December session.
It is suggested that the hearing for the indictment will be held on January 18, 10:00.
We remember that on December 6th, 30 MEPs of Berisha and Berisha have handed over to the Constitutional Court the indictment against the deal with Italy for immigrants, calling it anti-unconstitutional.
